Our Services

Hydro jet drain cleaning
Hydro jetting can clear the majority of blockages. The jetter sends high pressure water to clean or cut away any obstruction.

CCTV camera inspection
Our drain cameras deliver clear footage. We don't just tell you the drain is clear, we show you.

Pipe locating
Our cameras send out a frequency that can be located. Useful for pipe mapping or locating repairs.

Pipe repairs
Unfortunately, sometimes pipes are too damaged to clean, but don't stress. We can provide an onsite quote to dig and repair
A blocked drain can be overwhelming but in most cases they usually seem (or smell!) worse than they actually are.
There are many possible causes for a blocked drain, but the most common are:
*Tree roots growing inside your drains
*Wet wipes/sanitary pads
*Grease, fats and oils
These are easily cleared with a hydro jetter.
Other causes can be damaged pipework which sometimes requires a dig up and repair, or if the pipe is not accessible, a pipe re-line. Pipe re-lining is very expensive and usually an absolute last option.
Every blockage is different, sometimes it's a five minute job, others can take all day. This is why quoting a blocked drain can be difficult. Be wary of fixed price drain cleaning, some plumbers will quote cheap then hit you with extra costs. Provide your details above and we can provide an estimate over the phone. Also, at OBee's we guarantee that if we cannot clear your drain there will be no charge!
Our process is generally-
*Clear the blockage
*CCTV inspection to diagnose the problem.
*Provide you with footage of the problem.
This is to give you peace of mind that the job has been done correctly and you will not have any ongoing issues. If there's one thing we do not like it's callbacks, so we get the job done right the first time!
Yes, and it helps to understand how your pipes work.
Sewage and stormwater do not connect so they both have seperate lines that run from your property to the water authority or local council pipework.
Stormwater catches the rain from your roof and also via pits on the outside of your home. Preventative measures would be to keep your roof gutters clean of leaves and debris or consider installing gutter guards. Also, if you have stormwater pits keep them clean as well to allow flow during a storm.
Sewage is the pipework that catches the water and waste from all of the plumbing fixtures in your home, toilets, showers etc. Preventative measures would be to not place any foreign objects in your drains. Wet wipes are a common problem with blockages, and pouring fat and grease down the kitchen sink is a sure way for future problems.
We are a family owned business based in Central Victoria with 25 years experience in the plumbing industry.
We understand that blocked drains can be very stressful, which is why we take great pleasure in getting your drains running freely the way they should!
